I have an 2001 Cadillac Deville DTS with like 94K miles, and when i drive it and go over 15MPH my front left wheel makes like a low growling noise and i can feel the vibration on the pedals. And also when turning the steering wheel all the way it gets really hard sometimes. i changed the front brakes and everything and it still dose that noise. What could it be and how much would it cost to fix it?
