Tune-up, brake pads and front windshield ?

I am looking to purchase a used car, and this specific one needs a tune up, brake pad change and a new front windshield (cracked). Anyone know how much this would possibly be?Tune-up, brake pads and front windshield ?For tuneup, replacement of windshield ,and brake job I would say 1000.00+. I would skip that car you can find something better..
