Infiniti requires the use of an on car brake lathe to machine the rotors before installing new brake pads. This eliminates the chance of developing pulsation from too much run out off the brake rotors. I've had customers come in to the dealer upset that their brakes were noisy, only to find after market brake pads.
You should not be messing around with your brakes. If you can't remove two bolts to replace your pads you are a danger to not only yourself but everyone else driving on the street.
