I just changed my front brake pads and they don't work, what should i do?

I've bled them out 3 times, and they still don't work. Yes, I know how to bleed brakes out, but thats about as much as i know. Could it be something else that i need to do?I just changed my front brake pads and they don't work, what should i do?If the pedal's going to the floor, then their is air in the system, or master cylinder is faulty. If the brake pedal is solid, then you have a glaze on the rotors. The new style pads, Metallic, will not grab properly unless the rotor. is machined.
